On the occasion of International Women's Day, we are planning to celebrate womanhood through a small gathering...some women-centric discussion and a small cake-cutting ceremony to mark the celebration.

5:00pm to 5:15pm - Welcome and Introductions
5:15pm to 6:00pm - Impostor Syndrome (Fraud syndrome)
6:00pm to 6:30pm - Panel discussion (open to all participants) | Topic - "Being a female contributor in the Open Source World"
6:30pm - Cake cutting ceremony and wrap up
Is the event only for female participants?
No. The event is open to everyone. But the topics are definitely going to be more women-centric and for the panel discussion as well, female panelists will be given preference.
Is it strictly a Mozilla event?
No. Any open source enthusiast is most welcome to be a part of this event.

of age and above. Before you become a Mozilla Rep, you must
complete a short but rigorous application process in order to
demonstrate your interest in and motivation for joining the

The Mozilla Reps application process involves three simple
If your application is approved, you'll be invited to be
interviewed by a member of the advisory council over IRC or
IM that same week. The interview lasts about 15 minutes and
