This is an intervention for the ongoing DSO project (https://github.com/MozillaFoundation/digital-skills-observatory) Mozilla is conducting in Kenya. The goal is to teach first time smartphone users how to use their phones.
Explain how accounts work.

Explain basic password security.
Explain why strong password security matters.
Explain how apps and information can travel to a phone from the internet, from other phones, and from external memory cards (like SD cards).

The Mozilla Reps program is open to all Mozillians who are 18 years
of age and above. Before you become a Mozilla Rep, you must
complete a short but rigorous application process in order to
demonstrate your interest in and motivation for joining the
