Gen Kanai is director of Asia community engagement for Mozilla and a member of the Contributor Engagement team at Mozilla. He joined the Mozilla community in 2006. Previously Gen was director of marketing for Mozilla Japan. He is a fellow of the U.S.-Japan Foundation’s US-Japan Leadership Program and a fellow of the Asia Society's Asia 21 Young Leaders program. He received a B.A. in Geography from Dartmouth College in 1996.

of age and above. Before you become a Mozilla Rep, you must
complete a short but rigorous application process in order to
demonstrate your interest in and motivation for joining the
